A COMMITTED CELLAR MASTER
<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>

Mr. Christophe Rapeneau<\/strong>,<\/span> a man of the soil, who is constantly questioning <\/span><\/strong>the evolution of the vineyard<\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>

After graduating in oenology from the University of Reims, Christophe joined the family business in 1983.
Always commited and concerned about the quality of his wines, he devoted his early years to modernising the vat house and production facilities in order to guarantee the excellence of his work<\/p>

INNOVATION AND TRADITION <\/strong> <\/span><\/h4>

Committed to the Champagne region and to champagne, he is now President of the Association Viticole Champenoise (AVC), an institution responsible for promoting innovation in the viticulture and oenology of champagne wine. Christophe has surrounded himself with good partners who, over the years, have shown great confidence in the House. Grapes are sourced from more than 100 presses, enabling him to produce rich, varied blends of champagne that appeal to a wide range of tasters.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

BALANCE AND REFINEMENT<\/strong> <\/span><\/h4>

Today, Mr. Christophe Rapeneau is the guardian of the House style and manages the blends according to their qualities: the structure of Pinot Noir, the lively sparkle of Meunier and the finesse of Chardonnay. Elected Sparkling Wine Maker of the Year in 2017 by the jury of the International Wine Challenge, he remains above all a lover of the vine and of champagne wine.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
